What you'll achieve
You can verify setup without waiting on the original page.
Open operation notifications
- Running means DobroDesk is still reading and importing data.
- Completed means the run finished and a reconciliation summary is available.
- Failed includes the reason and a Retry action when the run can continue safely.
- Cancelled means no further pages will be imported from that run.
Available actions
Use Cancel when a range or destination is wrong. Use Retry after fixing the reported connection or permission error. Completed imports remain available for review.
Mailbox receive health
- Gmail and Outlook receiving connections refresh automatically.
- If Microsoft reports missed notifications, DobroDesk safely checks the recent gap before normal delivery continues.
- If a Gmail or Outlook connection cannot recover, the mailbox shows Attention needed with the next action.
